Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan kedudukan hukum perjanjian kuasa jual mutlak oleh pembeli hak atas tanah dalam transaksi jual beli tanah, beserta untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan akibat hukum yang timbul dari perjanjian kuasa mutlak dalam transaksi jual beli tanah dan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan perlindungan hukum kepada pihak pembeli tanah berdasarkan kuasa mutlak dalam peralihan hak milik atas tanah.Downloads
