Abstract


The problem that will be examined in this research is whether service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. This research aims to find out whether service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The object of this research is Indomaret jl. Endro Suratmin Bandar Lampung. Using 45 respondents using quantitative methods. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with analytical techniques of Validity Test, Reliability Test and Hypothesis Test, using the SmartPls application. The research results can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
