PEMBERDAYAAN KARANG TARUNA GAMPONG BLANG MELALUI PELATIHAN PEMASARAN DIGITAL BERBASIS MEDIA SOSIAL

Abstract


The rapid development of digital technology in various fields is critical for increasing the industry's ability and competitiveness in the face of increasingly dynamic global market competition. Therefore, as a form of concern and implementation of cooperation with partners, servants carry out digital-based marketing education and training assistance activities. The team prepared tutorial videos and digital marketing modules based on Facebook social media. Youth organizations that participate in the activity gain new knowledge and understanding of Facebook social media-based digital marketing and its application. The issues raised are the improvement of sales services, marketing, ordering products from consumers, and improving the management of product orders with the implementation of information technology. Application to partners through knowledge transfer activities through partner training and mentoring in the use of e-commerce applications Implementation of activities using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method to establish openness, trust, and understand perceptions, attitudes, and experiences of problems owned by craftsmen in marketing via the internet was followed by assistance, namely counseling and training on the use of social media, which includes advertising design, uploading advertising content to websites, and marketing management. This is based on the results of the evaluation, which revealed that after the activity, there was a 40% increase in understanding of digital marketing based on Facebook social media.
