Focus and Scope
Jurnal Rekayasa Sipil dan Teknologi (Journal of Civil Engineering and Technology) is a open access journal the aims to publish articles that contribute significantly to the of knowledge and disseminate theoretical of current research results civil engineering and technology areas, not limited to:
- Building Materials and Structures;
- Structural,and Bridge Engineering;
- Geotechnical Engineering;
- Transportation & Road Policy Engineering;
- Constructions Technology, Economy and Management;
- Labour Safety, Procurement, and Legal Aspects in Civil Construction;
- Water Resources Engineering & Management;
- Coastal and Port Engineering;
- Information Technologies in Civil Engineering.
Peer Review Process
Submissions that are sent for review are subject to a rigorous double-blind review process. At least two subject-matter experts will review submissions that pass the desk rejection phase.
Everyone involved in the review process will hold all information contained in the paper as confidential until publication. Once reviewers are obtained they are usually asked to submit their review within four weeks.
Unfortunately, the process of finding willing subject-matter experts to review submissions is getting more and more difficult. So, the process of securing reviewers often adds weeks to the total review process.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
