Focus and Scope
Arsitekno is engaged in several scopes, namely:
- Architecture and Design
- Urban Design
- Landscape Architecture
- History, Theory & Critic Architecture
- Building Science and Technology
- Housing and Human Settlement
In order to maintain focus and commitment of the journal, articles that are not directly related to the scopes above cannot be accepted and published in Arsitekno.

Peer Review Process
- Editors select reviewers who are ready to work, have integrity and commitment, know and comply with all Arsitekno regulations, avoid conflicts of interest, and are experts in the field according to the text being examined.
- Reviews are conducted as a form of evaluation of the research results carried out by other people in the same field to maintain or improve the quality of writings in that field.
- Reviews are conducted by at least 2 reviewers. If there is an imbalance in the assessment of the 2 reviewers, it can be reviewed again by the third reviewer.
- Reviews should be based on considerations of objectivity and be impartial, non-exclusive, unbiased personally and professionally.
- Reviews must be confidential, comments must be polite and able to withstand public scrutiny.
- Reviewers have the right to refuse to conduct a review for articles deemed to have indications of plagiarism. Hence before submitting, writers must avoid duplicate publication by searching for references related to the manuscript.
- Reviewers remain anonymous.
- Every manuscript will go through double blind review process.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Submission to this journal is free from submission, editing, and publication cost.

All articles published within this journal are under http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
Plagiarism Policy
Every article submitted will have plagiarism checked (Max. 20%, excluding the references). Failed to comply with this policy a submitted article will be rejected.
Open Access Policy
All articles are open access without restrictions.
Publication Frequency
ARSITEKNO publishes articles twice annually in March and September
