PENINGKATAN PEREKONOMIAN KELUARGA MELALUI KETERAMPILAN PEMBUATAN GARNISH DARI BUAH DAN SAYUR DI DESA LIMPOK, ACEH BESAR

Ukiran Sayur dan Buah biasanya digunakan sebagai hiasan/dekorasi dalam sajian makanan, Center piece pada hidangan Besan (Khas Aceh), hidangan prasmanan, maupun hiasan pada sajian menu sehari-hari. Proses pengerjaan garnish sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, mengingat garnish sering digunakan dalam berbagai kesempatan. Selain itu, garnish atau ukiran sayur dan buah ini juga memiliki harga yang lumayan tinggi jika dipesan pada pengrajin yang profesional. Tujuan memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan bagi remaja putri dan para ibu rumah tangga agar dapat memanfaatkan sayur dan buah segar sehingga mampu membuat ragam hiasan, rangkaian, maupun ukiran sayur dan buah yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagain kesempatan. Pelaksanaan diadakan di bulan Maret 2023, mulai pukul 08.00 sampai dengan 15.30 WIB. Bertempat di aula PKK Gampong Limpok, pelaksanaan kegiatan selama satu hari. Masyarakat mendapat antusias penuh dari seluruh peserta dan panitia pelaksana kegiatan.
