Peningkatan Sumberdaya Manusia Melalui Pelatihan Job Interview Untuk Persiapan Menghadapi Dunia Kerja

Kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia berkualitas yang siap menghadapi persoalan global sangat lah besar. Hal ini seiring dengan era globalisasi. Sangat penting untuk membentuk sikap positif melalui pendidikan. Peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang akan siap memasuki dunia kerja nantinya adalah sangat penting. Menyadari bahwa mahasiswa merupakan bagian dari modal pembangunan suatu bangsa maka mereka pun harus diberikan kesempatan untuk ikut berperan melalui skill berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris. Bahasa inggris merupakan alat komunikasi global untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Menyadari bahwa karena bahasa Inggris adalah satu-satunya bahasa yang digunakan di seluruh dunia untuk komunikasi, mahasiswa juga harus memiliki kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam dunia kerja dengan mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris mereka. Untuk itu konsep kerjasama dikembangkan dan dituangkan dalam program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini, berupa sharing informasi melalui pelatihan wawancara kerja. Tindakan PKM diantisipasi untuk menghasilkan hasil yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas terbaik
