Pengaruh Penerapan ISO 31000 Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Manajemen Resiko Pada Perusahaan J&T Express

Abstract

The implementation of ISO 31000 at PT. J&T Express Indonesia has a positive impact in significantly increasing the effectiveness of risk management, especially in managing operational risks, information technology, and human resources. By integrating risk management into corporate governance, J&T Express is able to respond to risks in a more systematic and structured manner, which plays an important role in facing the wide geographical coverage and dynamics of the rapidly growing e-commerce market. The implementation of ISO 31000 not only improves service consistency, but also strengthens the company's reputation as a reliable consignment service provider. However, challenges in the form of limited human resources, budget, and adaptation to changes in the business environment still need to be overcome to maximize the implementation of this standard. Recommendations for short-term and long-term strategies are proposed to improve the effectiveness of risk management to support the company's vision of becoming a trusted consignment service company in Indonesia.
