Abstract

Risk management is a systematic approach to identifying and analyzing risks that can affect a company's achievement of its goals. In the context of manufacturing companies, risks can arise from various sources, including market demand fluctuations, technological changes, and supply chain issues. This study aims to determine the impact of risk management implementation on the performance of manufacturing companies. Through a literature review and case studies from previous research, this study will identify the influence and benefits of implementing risk management for manufacturing companies. In addition, this study will also identify challenges and obstacles that companies may face when implementing risk management, as well as factors influencing the success of its implementation. The results of this study are expected to contribute to a better understanding of the importance of risk management in manufacturing companies and provide recommendations to companies on how to achieve efficiency in risk management implementation.
