Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance, capital structure, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and good corporate governance (GCG) on company value in the food and beverage manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach with data taken from the financial statements of six large companies, namely PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk, PT Wings Group Tbk, PT Nutrifood Indonesia Tbk, and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk during the period 2019 to 2023. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), which allows testing the relationship between latent variables simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that good financial performance, optimal capital structure, and effective implementation of CSR and GCG contribute positively to increasing company value. This study provides recommendations for company management to consider these factors in strategic decision making in order to achieve long-term goals and increase competitiveness in the market.
