Analisis Kepuasan Nasabah Terhadap Produk Murabahah di Bank Syariah
Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the effect of murabahah contracts on customer satisfaction in the gold installment program at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The method applied in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research results reveal that the murabahah contract has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Simple linear regression analysis shows that the murabahah product variable contributes 68.9% to customer satisfaction.
