Abstract


This research aims to analyze and improve database performance in a multinational company. The research method used involves case studies in these companies and identifying effective strategies for optimizing database performance. The database optimization strategy implemented in this research includes regular performance monitoring, improving the database structure, and staff training regarding data management. The research results show that these efforts make a significant contribution to improving database performance and overall company operational efficiency.
