Hubungan Antara Academic Adjustment Dengan Academic Resilience Pada Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru Deli Serdang

Abstract


This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between academic adjustment and academic resilience ofstate vocational high school 1 Kutalimbaru Deli Serdang.The research method used is quantitative method with correlational research type. Data obtained through the questionnaire academic adjustment and academic resilience.Subjects in this study amounted to two hundred and ninety nine students who were obtained based on the proportionate stratified random sampling.Data analysis using Spearman's rho and results that there was a positive and significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.648 with a significance of 0.000.So it can be concluded that the better students adapt to academics, the higher the students' academic resilience.Academic adjustment is able to help students overcome educational demands and adapt effectively to the environment so that students can increase academic resilience to achieve academic success
