Interaksi Sosial Pada Mahasiswa Yang Berkepribadian Perfeksionis Di Universitas Malikussaleh

Abstract

There is a phenomenon where students who have perfectionist personalities experience difficultiesinarrying outsocialinteractions, namely difficultiesininteracting and adapting. The aim of the research is to find out how social interaction is described and what factors influence social interaction among tudents with perfectionist personalities at Malikussaleh University. The results of the research show that thepicture of social interaction that occurs in research subjects is closing themselves offfrom other people, staying away from other people and withdrawing. Difficulty in communicating, namely difficulty starting a conversation. there are disputes, namely quarrels and misunderstandings. Not confident, that is, doubtful until re-checking the task being done, and insiciure. Difficulty expressing oneself, that is, difficulty understanding one's own feelingsandforcing oneself. Distrustof others, thatis, difficulty trusting other people because they have been slandered, taken advantage of and disappointed. Lack of interaction with other people. There is no reciprocal relationship, namely notcaring aboutfriendship, being stiff andfeelinguncomfortable when someone greets you, dividing tasks during group work. Difficulty in adapting, namely difficulty in blending in, difficulty building relationships with other people and new environments.
