Gambaran Kontrol Diri Pada Teungku Dayah Dalam Praktek Pengajaran Aceh Utara

Abstract


The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of self control in teacher in teaching practice in north Aceh. To get an overview of self-control, the method used is a descriptive quantitative method with univariant analysis. The subject in this study were 373 teungku dayah who were obtained based on the cluster random sampling method wich was in accordance with the characteristic and could be considerend representative of all the islamic boarding in North Aceh Regency. Result of data analysis from this research, it was found that some teungku dayah in north aceh had low self control with a percentage value of ( 50,1%). This indicates that when teaching in class there are still many teacher who are not able to control themselves in term of self- disipline behavior, deliberte/ non impulsive, healthy habits, work ethic and reability.
