Manajemen Trauma Abdomen pada Tanggap Darurat Bencana

Abstract


Trauma abdomen adalah suatu kerusakan terhadap struktur yang terletak diantara diafragma dan pelvis yang diakibatkan oleh benda tumpul atau tajam. Trauma abdomen yang berat dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kematian hingga 20%. Hati dan limpa adalah organ yang paling terlibat dalam trauma abdomen (55%), diikuti lambung dan usus halus (15%), kolon dan rektal (12,5%), duodenum dan pancreas (9,5%), dan ginjal (8%). Primary survey dan secondary survey ini harus selalu dilakukan berulang untuk menentukan adanya penurunan kesadaran pasien, sehingga dapat segera memberikan resusitasi yang diperlukan. Diagnosis dan penanganan yang tepat dari trauma abdomen merupakan unsur terpenting dalam mengurangi kematian akibat trauma abdomen.
