Evaluasi Kualitas Air Tanah Di Kawasan Pertanian Malahayu Menggunakan Data Sar
Abstract
Desa Malahayu di Kecamatan Banjarharjo, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah, memiliki karakteristik geologi dan hidrogeologi yang kompleks dengan potensi besar untuk mendukung irigasi pertanian. Penelitian ini memetakan kondisi geologi wilayah, mengevaluasi kualitas air tanah berdasarkan sodium adsorption ratio (SAR), dan memberikan rekomendasi pengelolaan sumber daya air secara berkelanjutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pemetaan geologi, pengambilan sampel air tanah dari tiga lokasi strategis, dan analisis laboratorium ion utama (Ca, Na, Mg). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa wilayah ini didominasi oleh Napal Pemali, Batupasir Karbonatan Halang, dan Breksi Andesit Kumbang. Pola aliran sungai dendritik mencerminkan struktur geologi yang homogen. Nilai SAR berkisar antara 0.28 hingga 0,72 meq/l, menunjukkan bahwa air tanah sangat baik untuk irigasi. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya hubungan antara geologi dan kualitas air tanah sebagai dasar untuk ketahanan pangan.
