Abstract

Kalsineurin inhibitor topikal dengan cepat menjadi alternatif populer untuk kortikosteroid topikal dalam mengobati Dermatitis Atopik (DA). Kalsineurin inhibitor topikal, tacrolimus dan pimecrolimus telah disetujui FDA AS untuk pengobatan DA pada pasien yang tidak responsif, tidak toleran, atau tidak cocok untuk terapi kortikosteroid topikal. Disamping besarnya manfaat dan efek samping, belum ada penelitian yang mendukung penggunaak kalsineurin inhibitor sebagai lini pertama pengobatan dermatitis atopi.
