Focus and Scope

Agrifo accepts scientific papers which discusses the socio-economic aspects of agriculture regarding a system starting from the study of up-stream subsystems, on-farm subsystems, downstream subsystems and supporting subsystems as well as relations between policies and government, international economy and capitalization of land resources , farmer, and community.

Related to financing discussion in business development in the field of agribusiness (finance, business, and functional technical aspects)

Peer Review Process

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by the editor. It will be evaluated whether it is in accordance with the focus and scope of the Agrifo: Jurnal Agribisnis Universitas Malikussaleh. Manuscripts that are not in accordance will be rejected and manuscript is accordance will be checked to identify plagiarism before being reviewed by reviewers.

Agrifo: Jurnal Agribisnis Universitas Malikussaleh uses a double-blind review, the manuscript will be sent to 2 anonymous reviewers. The reviewers' comments are also sent anonymously to the authors to take the necessary actions and responses. Revised manuscript decisions will be evaluated by the appropriate editor, based on reviewers' recommendations, that is, rejected, requires major revisions, requires minor revisions, or is accepted.

The editor in Chief Agrifo: Jurnal Agribisnis Universitas Malikussaleh has the right to decide which manuscript submitted to the journal for publication. The review process may take approximately one month to be completed. For accepted paper, should authors be requested by the editor to revise the text and minor changes, the revised version should be submitted within 15 days

This journal provides open access, which makes research freely available to the public and will support the most significant global exchange of knowledge.

Article Publication: 250000.00 (IDR)

If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover processing publications costs.

Agrifo: Jurnal Agribisnis Universitas Malikussaleh is a journal that aims to be a leading peer-review platform and an authoritative source of information. We publish original research papers, review articles, and case studies focusing on chemical processes, chemical reaction techniques, heat and mass transfer, modelling, environment, bioprocess technology, and related articles and topics that are not published elsewhere in any language reviewed for publication anywhere. The following statements describe the ethical behaviour of all parties involved in the publishing action of articles in this journal, including authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers. This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

 

Plagiarism Checker

Plagiarism and Retraction Policy

  • Agrifo: Jurnal Agribisnis Universitas Malikussaleh does not tolerate plagiarism because it establishes a retraction policy when plagiarism is identified in articles submitted for publication. Plagiarism was identified based on similarity with a similarity maximum tolerance of 25% which was examined using Turnitin checking software in detecting the similarity of text in articles.
  • When plagiarism is identified, the Editor in Chief is responsible for reviewing this paper and will provide a policy for the plagiarism detected in the paper.
  • The author who submitted the manuscript with similarities ranges 26% -30% that policy is a warning given to the author and request to change the text and properly cite the original article so that the similarity maximum of 25%. If the level of similarity is greater than 30% then the article will be rejected.
