Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dalam rangka memperingati hari Kesehatan Mental Dunia tahun 2022, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental melalui kegiatan psikoedukasi. Psikoedukasi ini diberikan oleh sejumlah dosen dan mahasiswa Prodi Psikologi UNIMAL, melalui pembagian brosur Kesehatan mental dan setangkai bunga pada setiap pengendara motor di beberapa titik jalan utama yaitu di depan Islamic Centre Kota Lhokseumawe, Simpang empat kampus UNIMAL Bukit Indah, Simpang empat kampus UNIMAL Reulet, dan di setiap lampu merah di kota lhokseumawe. Kegiatan ini mengangkat tema Make Mental Health and Well Being For All A Global Priority. Semua masyarakat yang ditemui sangat antusias mendengar penjelasan terkait gejala gejala psikologis serta mulai menyadari pentingnya memiliki Kesehatan mental dengan melakukan coping yang tepat.
