KLASIFIKASI TINGKAT KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DALAM KUALITAS PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN PASPOR DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES

Pelayanan dalam pembuatan paspor adalah hal utama yang diperlukan dalam melayani masyarakat dalam pengurusan paspor yang dibutuhkan. Kepuasan dalam melayani masyarakat Kota Lhokseumawe dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Imigrasi Kota Lhokseumawe. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nama pemohon paspor, keramahan, pelayanan, ketepatan waktu, dan harga. Peneliti melakukan proses data mining berdasarkan klasifikasi data kepuasan pemohon paspor yang diperoleh dari Kantor Imigrasi Kota Lhokseumawe dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengklasifikasikan hasil kepuasan pemohon paspor Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Algoritma Naïve Bayes untuk mengklasifikasikan hasil kepuasan pemohon paspor. Dari penelitian ini, peneliti memperoleh persentase akurasi 100% dengan menggunakan 100 data training dan 30 data testing.Downloads
