Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan chatbot akademik berbasis kecerdasan
buatan yang terintegrasi dengan visualisasi data interaktif dalam Sistem
Informasi Akademik (SIA). Sistem dibangun menggunakan Python dengan
data JSON sebagai sumber informasi akademik mahasiswa. Hasil evaluasi
menunjukkan chatbot mampu menjawab pertanyaan akademik secara
kontekstual dengan waktu respons rata-rata 1,8 detik dan akurasi 88%.
Integrasi AI dan visualisasi data terbukti efektif meningkatkan kecepatan
serta pemahaman pengguna terhadap informasi akademik. Sistem ini
diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa dan dosen dalam memperoleh
data akademik secara cepat, akurat, dan efisien.
