Jurnal Analisis Sentimen Menggunakan Pendekatan Interaksi Manusia-Komputer (IMK) dengan Teknik Data Mining pada Media Sosial

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pengguna di media sosial dengan menggunakan pendekatan Interaksi Manusia-Komputer (IMK) dan teknik data mining. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk memancarkan sentimen terhadap produk tertentu berdasarkan ulasan dan komentar pengguna.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan dapat mencapai akurasi tinggi dalam klasifikasi sentimen.
