ANALISIS TINGKAT KEMATANGAN TATAKELOLA TI BERBASIS DELIVERY AND SUPPORT DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengukur tingkat kematangan (maturity level) menggunakan framework COBIT Domain Delivery and Support pada Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi di Universitas Malikussaleh dan Menyusun rekomendasi sebagai masukan setelah mendapatkan hasil pengukuran tingkat kematangan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi di Perguruan Tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah  metode  deskriptif  analitik  yang  bertujuan  untuk menggambarkan fenomena suatu keadaan yang sementara berjalan kemudian melakukan audit dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur standar COBIT 4.1 sebagai alat analisis   dengan menggunakan tabel daftar responden, rumus maturity values, dan teknik scoring untuk mendapatkan tingkat kematangan. Berdasarkan hasil Perhitungan maturity values  Domain DS pada proses DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4 dan DS5 pada Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi  Universitas Malikussaleh memiliki nilai kematangan 2.67, 2.76, 2.6, 2.77, 2.56. Nilai level yang didapatkan untuk perhitungan maturity level baru mencapai level 2 sedangkang nilai target maturity values yang diharapkan 3-4 sehingga masih perlu banyak perbaikan-perbaikan untuk mencapai target tersebut.
