Sistem informasi dapat dijadikan sebuah perubahan dari sistem manual menjadi sistem terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang bayak fitur keunggulan yang dapat dikembangkan. Sistem informasi ini banyak dijadikan sistem utama, sehingga pengguna dapat dalam melihat dan perubahan data. Sistem Informasi Pembuatan Surat adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses pembuatan kop surat beserta bagan surat. Saat ini untuk pembuatan surat sangat membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan surat. Sistem informasi pembuatan surat ini sangat diperlukan, selain untuk pengelolaan surat juga diperlukan untuk membuat surat agar lebih cepat dan efisien. Sistem informasi pembuatan surat ini bertujuan agar membuat surat secara otomatis di sistem dan disimpan di sistem juga tersebut. Sistem informasi pembuatan surat ini memberikan kontribusi baik bagi instansi. Sistem informasi pembuatan surat ini dibuat berbasis web menggunakan HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, MySQL dan PHP.
