About the Journal

JSPM: Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Malikussaleh is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Malikussaleh University, Indonesia. The journal aims to provide a scholarly platform for the advancement of theoretical and empirical research in the fields of social and political sciences. JSPM accepts original research articles, conceptual papers, and critical book reviews that contribute to the development of social and political knowledge, especially in the context of contemporary issues. Established in 2020, JSPM has been registered with Crossref and all published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). The journal is published twice a year: January–June and July–December. The journal is currently indexed and abstracted by a number of national and international databases including Google Scholar, Garuda, Moraref, BASE, Index Copernicus, Crossref, PKP Index, ResearchBib, OAJI, Scilit, Academic Microsoft, ScienceGate, and others.
