PENGUATAN KOMUNITAS POSITIF MELALUI ORGANISASI KEPEMUDAAN

This Community Service Activity was carried out in Gampong Mon Gedong, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, targeting young people who are members of various communities in Gampong Pemuda itself. The problems faced by the youth community are ignorance of the extension of youth organizations, lack of awareness and rarely being involved in any work program preparation at village level, training for administrators/members in creating work programs has never been carried out. The method of implementing this community service is in the form of delivering material, discussions with participants, and simulating the preparation of youth activity programs, as well as assisting in making program recommendations up to the stage of making activity proposals. The achievement of this activity is that young people become aware of their capacity to contribute to the village in the context of developing the village itself. Apart from that, it provides motivation for young people from other villages to participate in developing their respective villages.
