Business Assistance on the Willmodiste Tailoring Business to Enhance Sewing Skills in Ara Keumudi Village, Matang Kuli District, North Aceh Regency

This community service program aimed to provide mentoring to enhance participants' sewing skills in producing more fashionable garments that meet current market demands. The program was implemented through several stages, including needs assessment, field observation, identification of partners' challenges, formulation of appropriate solutions, and mentoring activities. The results demonstrated that participants gained new insights into fashion concepts and design and perceived the mentoring program as highly beneficial for improving their sewing skills. The mentoring activities focused on equipping participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to produce economically valuable products while expanding their market reach through social media-based promotion. In addition, professional trainers were engaged to strengthen participants' technical competencies. Overall, the program had a positive impact by enhancing participants' sewing skills, broadening their opportunities to reach potential customers with diverse tailoring needs, and fostering a stronger entrepreneurial mindset to support sustainable self-employment.
