The changing times in the context of globalization, along with growing awareness of sustainable trade practices have posed challenges for Indonesia’s rubber production in maintaining competitiveness and meeting the environmental and social standards required by international markets. This study aims to analyze the trade of rubber products between Indonesia and Singapore by examining indicators that influence potential, sustainability opportunities, and the added value that can be generated. Singapore serves as a promising market for Indonesian rubber producers and exporters. In 2020, the demand for rubber in Singapore significantly increased by 12%, generating a total value of USD 298 million. With the right strategy, Indonesia has the potential to further boost its exports of rubber and its processed products to Singapore in the future.
