Etika Dalam Praktik Investasi dan Pasar Modal

Ethics in investment practices and capital markets are crucial aspects in ensuring the sustainability and fairness of the economic system. This study aims to analyze the importance of ethical principles in investment activities and their implementation in the capital market, especially in the context of Islamic economics. The method used is a literature study by referring to various relevant scientific literature. The results of the study indicate that the application of ethical values such as transparency, fairness, and social responsibility in the capital market can increase investor confidence and maintain the integrity of the financial system. Within the framework of sharia, investment practices must be in line with the principles of maqashid sharia and avoid elements of gharar, riba, and maysir. This study recommends that stakeholders strengthen regulations and ethics education to create a sustainable and inclusive capital market.
