Data from the Central Statistics Agency shows that when the Gross Regional Domestic Product increases, the Gender Development Index does not increase, and vice versa, when the Labor Force Participation Rate increases, the Gender Development Index does not increase along with the Gross Regional Domestic Product. These things are the background for carrying out this research. Meanwhile, a number of studies say that the increase in the Gender Development Index and Labor Force Participation Rate will be followed by an increase in Gross Regional Domestic Product. The focus of this research is to examine the influence of the Labor Force Participation Rate and the Gender Development Index on Gross Regional Domestic Product in all districts in West Sumatra Province in 2019-2023. The panel data used in this research includes time series data from 2019 to 2023 as well as cross-sectional data from 12 districts in West Sumatra Province. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression on panel data with a Fixed Effect Model approach. Based on research findings, the Labor Force Participation Rate has a positive and insignificant influence on Gross Regional Domestic Product in all districts in West Sumatra Province from 2019 to 2023, while the Gender Development Index has a positive and significant influence.
