AIR NEW ZEALAND DAN TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL: MEWUJUDKAN KEBERLANJUTAN DAN EFISIENSI MELALUI TEKNOLOGI INOVATIF AIRBAND

Transformasi digital adalah bagian penting dari strategi Air New Zealand untuk menghadapi tantangan industri penerbangan global, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti RFID, data besar, kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan sistem berbasis cloud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif untuk menilai dampak inovasi tersebut terhadap efisiensi operasional, pengalaman pelanggan, dan keberlanjutan. Studi ini berfokus pada Airband, sebuah teknologi berbasis RFID untuk melacak anak-anak tanpa pendamping, meningkatkan keamanan dan memperkuat reputasi maskapai penerbangan sebagai pionir dalam inovasi. Analisis tersebut menemukan bahwa mengintegrasikan teknologi yang sejalan dengan pedoman keberlanjutan dapat mengotomatisasi proses, menurunkan biaya operasional, dan mengurangi emisi karbon. Namun, tantangan seperti ancaman teknologi disruptif, stagnasi fungsional, dan risiko keamanan data menjadi kekhawatiran utama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi digital Air New Zealand menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif melalui efisiensi layanan dan personalisasi, namun kesuksesan yang berkelanjutan bergantung pada terus beradaptasi dengan tren teknologi dan diperlukan inovasi manajemen risiko. Langkah-langkah ini menjadikan Air New Zealand sebagai panutan dalam penerapan teknologi untuk efisiensi dan keberlanjutan dalam industri penerbangan global.References
