PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KARYAWAN PT ARMADA FINANCE MAGELANG

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of competence on performance, the influence of work motivation on performance, the influence of work discipline on performance and the simultaneous influence of competence, work motivation and work discipline on performance studied in the case of PT Armada Finance Magelang employees. Data in this study were taken using a qualitative approach with questionnaire methods. The type of data used is primary data and measurement scale using likert scale. Respondents in this research are all employees of PT Armada Finance Magelang total of 35 people. The method for the analysis of this research was done by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version application 28. The results of this research were there is a positive and significant effect of competence on performance, work motivation has positive and significant effect on performance, discipline has positive significant effect on performance and there is a simultaneous effect of competencies, motivation and work discipline simultaneously and significantly towards the performance of PT Armada Finance Magelang employees.
