Pengaruh Pelayanan Purna Jual Terhadap Minat Membeli Sepeda Motor Merek Yamaha (Studi Kasus Pada CV. Bursa Motor Cunda Lhokseumawe)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence on the sales of consumer interest the Yamaha motorcycles brand of CV. Bursa Motor Cunda Lhokseumawe and to identify factors after sales service which is the most dominant influence on consumer interest in the brand Yamaha motorcycles brand of CV. Bursa Motor Cunda Lhokseumawe. That is the subject of this research is that consumers who use or buy a Yamaha motorcycle brand that gets sales service after purchasing the Yamaha motorcycles brand products. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The data collection techniques used questionnaires. The author distributed questionnaires to 96 Yamaha motorcycle consumers who come to the CV. Bursa Motor Cunda Lhokseumawe. Partial test results, three independent variables are warranty (X1), claim (X2) and service (X3) as partially effect and significant on buying interest (Y). For simultaneously test also have significantly influence consumer buying interest of Yamaha motorcycle brand on the CV. Bursa Motor Cunda Lhokseumawe.
