Hubungan Ketidakadilan Distributif Dengan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Yang Bekerja di Perusahaan FNB
Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between distributive injustice and work motivation in employees who work at FNB companies. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational study type. The sample for this research consisted of 154 respondents with sampling using the Popusive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this research are the distributive injustice scale and work motivation. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between distributive injustice and work motivation in employees who work at FNB companies. Suggestions for future researchers to use a longitudinal approach to understand changes in the relationship between distributive injustice and work motivation over time. This is important because the relationship between these two variables can be dynamic, influenced by changes in working conditions or organizational policies. In addition, a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative and qualitative data can provide a more holistic understanding. Research instruments also need to be developed to be more valid and reliable, taking into account the specific context of the fnb sector. The use of multilevel analysis is also recommended to view interactions between levels, such as individuals, teams, and organizations.
