Abstract


Business management in an Islamic perspective emphasizes the importance of integrity, honesty, justice, and a management model that is in accordance with sharia principles. moral responsibility, not only focusing on material gain. The failure of conventional management models is often caused by the neglect of these values, which has an impact on public trust and social justice. This study aims to explore the application of Islamic leadership patterns in sharia business management, as well as the views of employees and managers regarding its effectiveness. The methods used include interviews and surveys to obtain perspectives from both parties. The results of the study indicate that Islamic leadership patterns have a positive impact on employee motivation and performance, and create a harmonious work environment. Although there are challenges in its implementation, recommendations for training and further understanding of sharia principles can improve the effectiveness of Islamic leadership. This study is expected to be a reference for business practitioners and academics in developing
