Peran Etika Bisnis Syariah dalam Membangun Kepercayaan Konsumen
Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of sharia business ethics in building consumer trust in the era of globalization. With the rapid development of the sharia economy in Indonesia, it is important to understand how ethical principles based on Islamic values can influence consumer perceptions and behavior. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes relevant literature to identify the relationship between the implementation of sharia business ethics and consumer loyalty. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of sharia business ethics that emphasize honesty, transparency, and social responsibility has a positive effect on consumer trust and satisfaction. Therefore, companies need to implement sharia business ethics to build a good reputation and long-term relationships with consumers.
