Tafsir Ayat-Ayat Ekonomi Dalam Al-Quran: Perspektif Hukum Islam Terhadap Keadilan Sosial

Abstract

This article discusses the role of tafsir in interpreting the economic verses in the Quran and how the Islamic legal perspective can be applied to achieve social justice in the context of the modern economy. The fundamental principles of Islamic economics, such as the prohibition of riba (usury), the obligation of zakat, and fairness in transactions, are understood through tafsir to provide a deeper understanding of the application of Islamic law in the real world. Through tafsir, economic verses are interpreted to align with the challenges and needs of contemporary society, including in the fields of Islamic banking and equitable wealth distribution systems. Furthermore, tafsir plays a crucial role in providing practical solutions for issues such as social inequality, exploitation in economic transactions, and unfair wealth distribution. Therefore, tafsir not only helps in understanding sacred texts but also serves as an essential tool for creating a more just, sustainable, and prosperous economic system in line with Islamic teachings.
