Analisis Data Security Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile Banking

Abstract


This research aims to find out whether data security influences customers' decisions to use the M-banking application. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. By focusing on previous research writings, both collections of previous journals and library research, to obtain research data results using the literature review research method. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that data security has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the M-banking application. Similar to what was found in previous studies, data security is the main influence on the decision to use M-banking. BRI M-banking, BCA M-banking, and other M-banking applications believe that data security is a key factor in their customers' usage decisions. Data security issues are important in using M-banking for various financial transactions. Banks providing M-banking services should continue to increase the security level of M-banking data to improve customer confidence in using M-banking applications and ensure the security of personal information and stored funds. Trust in the M-banking application will be strengthened, which will also impact increasing the volume of transactions via M-banking.
