Perbedaan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Pada Guru Pns Dengan Guru PPPK Di Kota Lhokseumawe
Abstract
This research aims to see the differences in psychological well-being between PNS and PPPK teachers in the city of Lhokseumawe. The method used in this research is quantitative with comparative analysis. The number of samples in this study was one hundred and eighty four teachers, with the sampling method using the probability sampling method with the disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that there is a difference in the psychological well-being of PNS and PPPK teachers in the city of Lhokseumawe with a sig value. 0.208 (p>0.05). Based on the mean rank value of the psychological well-being variable for PNS teachers, it is 89.04 and the mean rank for the psychological well-being variable for PPPK teachers is 90.64. Civil servant teachers with PPPK have high psychological well-being
