Gambaran Harga Diri Pada Mahasiswa Pengguna Produk Brand Mended Tiruan Di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Malikussaleh

Abstract


This study aims to get a picture of self-esteem in students of the Faculty of Law, University of Malikussaleh. To obtain an overview of self-esteem, the method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive method that aims to describe or describe systematically, fluctuatingly and accurately. The data was obtained by distributing the "Self-Esteem" questionnaire. The subjects in this study totaled 97 respondents who were obtained using the non-probability sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities/opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The non-probability technique used is purposive sampling. Purposive sampling technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that self-esteem among users of imitation brand minded products is in the overall high category (50.5%) and in the low category (40.42%). Meanwhile, based on the form of the gender category, the percentage of women (46.7%), students with bidik misi scholarships (50.9%), with the work of merchant parents (62.5%), and with a monthly allowance of> 500 thousand to 1 million has a high percentage value of 47.5%%.
