Penatalaksanaan Septum Deviasi
Abstract
Septum deviasi adalah suatu kondisi dimana terjadi peralihan posisi septum nasi dan merupakan kelainan anatomi hidung yang paling banyak ditemukan. Pada keadaan berat yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi dan bentuk hidung, kelainan tersebut perlu koreksi. Penatalaksaan septum deviasi sering menggunakan teknik septoplasti. Namun, dengan berkembangnya ilmu, septoplasti dapat digunakan bersama dengan endoskopi. Hal tersebut memudahkan ahli bedah untuk mengoreksi kelainan septum karena visualisasi menjadi lebih baik sehingga dapat mengurangi komplikasi dari septoplasti.
