Abstract

Setiap ASN dituntut menunjukkan produktivitas yang baik dan tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagian abdi negara. Produktivitas kerja dilihat dari pendidikan, pelatihan dan motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatahui produktivitas ASN di Dinas Pendidikan Aceh Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik koleksi data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa ASN di dinas pendidikan Aceh Jaya mempunyai produktivitas yang bagus karena mereka mempunyai pelatihan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Mental dan kemampuan fisik ASN juga dilihat dari produktivitas kerja ASN dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Dari hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pendidikan, pelatihan dan motivasi sangat berpengaruh baik dan bisa meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, serta menumbuhkan semangat kerja yang baik dalam lingkungan pekerjaan.
