Identifikasi Pelaksanaan Metode Penyuluhan Pertanian Pada Petani Padi Sawah di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan metode penyuluhan pertanian pada petani padi sawah di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Dewantara dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang petani dan empat orang petugas penyuluh. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode kunjungan dilakukan penyuluh melalui kunjungan ke rumah dan ke kelompok tani. Metode sekolah lapang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan usaha tani padi sawah yang meliputi kegiatan pengolahan tanah, persemaian benih, dan penanaman sistem jajar legowo. Pelaksanaan metode pelatihan meliputi pelatihan pembenihan, pengolahan tanah, pembuatan pupuk organik dan pestisida nabati, metode Demplot dilakukan pada lahan petani yaitu demplot sistem jajar legowo 2:1. Metode temu wicara dilakukan penyuluh, ketua kelompok tani, dan pemerintah dan pelaksanaan studi banding pada kegiatan demplot usaha tani padi kelompok lain yang berhasil.
