Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Petugas Kebersihan di Universitas Malikussaleh

This study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among cleaning staff at Malikussaleh University. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational research type. The data collection method in this study uses a job satisfaction scale and an organizational commitment scale compiled by the researcher. The subjects in this study were 74 cleaning staff at Malikussaleh University with a total sampling technique. Data analysis used Spearman's rho and the results obtained were a strong and positive relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.461 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study indicate that the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the organizational commitment, and vice versa, the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the organizational commitment. Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable
