Gambaran Self Efficacy Pada Mahasiswa KIPK yang Mengalami Impostor Phenomenon

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between optimism and hardiness in Malikussaleh University students who live in Dayah. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational research type. The data collection method in this research uses a hardiness scale and an optimism scale compiled by the researcher himself. The subjects in this research were 226 Malikussaleh University students who were staying at Dayah using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. Data analysis used Spearman’s rho and the results obtained were that there was a strong and positive relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.693 and a significance of 0,000<0,05. The results of this research show that the lower the optimism, the lower the hardiness, and vice versa, the higher the optimism, the higher the hardiness. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this research is acceptable.
