HUBUNGAN ORIENTASI MASA DEPAN DENGAN KESIAPAN KERJA PADA MAHASISWA AKHIR KEBIDANAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara orientasi masa depan dengan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa akhir kebidanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap delapan puluh enam orang mahasiswa akhir kebidanan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada dua kampus yaitu Universitas Al-Muslim Bireuen dan Prodi DIII Kebidanan Darussalam Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis korelasi Spearman Rho menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara orientasi masa depan dengan kesiapan kerja ( r= 0,568; p= 0,000 < 0,05), artinya sebagian besar mahasiswa akhir kebidanan memiliki orientasi masa depan dan kesiapan kerja yang tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan mahasiswa akhir kebidanan dapat merencakan minat dan ambisi masa depan mereka dan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mereka dalam kapasitas mengelola kehidupan kerja di masa depan.References
