Eksplorasi Self Perceived Employability pada Alumni Universitas Malikussaleh

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran self perceived employability pada alumni di Universitas Malikussaleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis univariat. Data diperoleh melalui skala self perceived employability yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek self perceived employability dari Rothwell dkk. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 271 alumni. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sebanyak 46,5% alumni memiliki self perceived employability yang tinggi, artinya alumni merasa layak untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Meskipun banyak alumni lainnya tergolong dalam kategori tinggi, terdapat pula 36,5% alumni lainnya tergolong dalam kategori rendah. Self perceived employability juga tergolong tinggi jika dilihat berdasarkan aspek the state of external labour market dan my field of study, tetapi berdasarkan aspek my ambition masih berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, perempuan memiliki self perceived employability lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki.References
