Pengaruh Berat Badan Lahir Bayi Terhadap Kejadian Hiperbilirubinemia Pada Neonatus : Systematic Literature Review

Hiperbilirubinemia merupakan salah satu gangguan paling umum pada neonatus dan dapat menimbulkan komplikasi neurologis serius jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Berat badan lahir bayi diduga menjadi faktor determinan penting dalam risiko hiperbilirubinemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah pengaruh berat badan lahir bayi terhadap kejadian hiperbilirubinemia pada neonatus. Kajian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review dengan analisis PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data seperti PubMed dan Google Scholar. Diperoleh 9 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut, dengan fokus pada perbandingan neonatus dengan berat badan lahir rendah dan normal serta mekanisme fisiologis yang mendasari hiperbilirubinemia. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa BBLR memiliki kerentanan lebih tinggi terhadap hiperbilirubinemia dibandingkan bayi dengan berat badan normal. Mekanisme yang mendasari mencakup peningkatan produksi bilirubin, imaturitas fungsi hati, rendahnya kadar albumin, serta aktivitas peristaltik usus yang belum optimal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara berat badan lahir bayi dengan hiperbilirubinemia pada neonatus.
