Peer Review Process

The journal employs a double-blind peer-review process in which all submitted manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent anonymous reviewers. Before peer review, manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their suitability for the journal’s focus, scope, formatting requirements, and publication ethics standards.

Reviewers’ comments and recommendations are communicated anonymously to the authors to allow necessary revisions and responses. The review process is conducted objectively, fairly, and confidentially to ensure the scientific quality, originality, validity, and integrity of published articles.

Based on the reviewers’ evaluations and recommendations, the editor may decide that a manuscript is:

For manuscripts requiring revisions, authors are expected to submit the revised version within 15 days after receiving the editorial decision and reviewers’ comments.

Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts. Reviewers are not allowed to upload manuscripts, abstracts, data, figures, tables, supplementary files, or review reports to any external generative AI application. Reviewers must not use AI tools to generate or replace their scientific assessment of the manuscript. Reviewers may use AI tools for limited technical assistance, such as language editing of their own review reports, provided that no part of the manuscript is uploaded to external AI applications and the scientific content of the review remains the reviewer’s own work.
